Merry Christmas!!!!

Well another Christmas has come and gone already. I sure did get spoiled with all my presents and I loved every minute of it!!!!! I got to open up presents in the morning with Mom, Dad and Uncle Kevin and then we went to Aunt Candace's house for a big turkey dinner, a visit with all the family and more presents ... it sure was delicious and fun!!!!

My New Toy Box

My new toy box from Grandma and Grandpa Beldam came in the mail the other day. I'm so excited for my first toy box and it matches my room perfectly!!! I had to help Mom put it together the to make sure she was doing it right. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa .... I love it!!!!

So far it seems like Mom is doing a pretty good job!!

Early Christmas

Yesterday Grandma and Grandpa Beldam and Nana came out to our house to celebrate an early Christmas with us!! We opened presents, visited lots and had a nice dinner together. It was so great to see Nana and Grandma and Grandpa, I miss them so much and I was glad that we were able to have such a great time together yesterday (even if I was sick and kinda cranky).

I got totally spoiled with presents. I got a stocking with bath stuff in it, a Princess coat rack and shelf, some clothes and pj's, a new book, Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer movie and a sled. Plus Grandma said I have a present coming in the mail soon from them, I can hardly wait to see what it is. Thank you everyone for my presents!!!! Mom and Dad got a new video camera so they can take videos of me playing and a web cam so we can talk to and see Grandma and Grandpa whenever we want too!!!!

Mom and I made the big move last Friday (with help from Grandma Beldam) and are now living with Dad in Lynden. Mom has been busy trying to unpack and get us all settled into our new house. As much as I miss living with Grandma and Grandpa Beldam and seeing them all the time, I really love being here with Dad and finally we can start being a family together!!!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the States so we are going to Grandma and Grandpa Tolsma's for a big turkey dinner. This will be my second turkey dinner this year already .... I'm so lucky that I get two Thanksgivings now!!!

My First Birthday

On Tuesday I turned the big #1!!!!!! Mom decorated the house for me and we had family and friends over for cake and presents. I got some great toys and lots of new clothes .... thank you so much to everyone that came and all my wonderful gifts!!!!

Mom and Dad's Wedding

Last Saturday was mom and dad's wedding. I'm so excited that we are officially one big happy family now and I can hardly wait to go and live with dad in the States. I got to be one of the flowergirls in the wedding and here are a few pictures of me all dressed up for the wedding in my beautiful flowergirl dress.

Halloween

I made it through my first Halloween with all those crazy trick or treaters!!!! I stayed home last night to help mom and grandma hand out candy and check out all the kids' costumes. I was dressed up as a pumpkin. Mom called me her little "Jac-o-lantern" hahaha


So I'm now a super fast crawler. You can't take your eyes off me for 1 minute or I'll be gone getting into something I'm probably not allowed to be in. I can also walk really well just holding onto someones fingers. I'm thinking I'll try it on my own really soon!!!

I'm getting really excited for mom and dad's wedding on Saturday. I tried on my flowergirl dress again the other day and it fits perfectly. I can hardly wait to go down that aisle!!!

Better late than never

Well I finally did it ..... I crawled for the first time!!!! Here is a video that Uncle Kev took with his phone, it's not that good of quality but it's all we have.

Not much new

Well not much new to report these days. I still have only 2 teeth, I'm still not crawling yet but can get across the room very quickly by scooting and pushing myself feet first on my stomach (Grandpa Beldam now calls me Scooter) and rolling across the room. I'm very stable at standing on my own while holding onto something but I'm not quite ready to take that step yet and I can pull myself half way up off the ground onto the couch or table. I talk like crazy however when I want to, Mom says that sometimes when I get going she can't get me to stop for anything. I can say ... 'dada', 'mama', 'buh bye', 'nana', 'papa', and 'oh ohh', and lots of other things that my mom hasn't figured out what they actually are yet.
