Well I survived my weekend away and here are some pictures of all the fun times I had. On Friday night I got to visit my cousin Sarah and sleep in a bathtub for the first time. As you can see from my picture mom thought it was appropriate to put the shower cap on also. However, it was a very comfy sleep!! Saturday was full of shopping for me and the wedding and then I was off to the Island on my first ferry boat ride. Sunday was more shopping and playing with my cousins Sam and Suzi. Monday I met my cousin Jacob for the first time who is exactly 3 weeks younger than me, which you would never be able to tell from the picture. We had a blast kicking around and playing together. Then it was back on the ferry boat to come home. It sure was a great weekend full of new adventures!!!

Well I can't wait for all this rain to go away so I can start going outside for some walks along with river soon!! Till then I guess mom and I will just continue doing wedding plans and playing around in the house. This weekend I get to go with mom, grandma, Auntie Ter and Sarah to go wedding shopping. I'm very excited for a weekend out with the girls!! Hopefully my teething won't bother me to much while we are out and about. I guess that's all for right now ... I'm off to go play with my mom for a bit and continue cheering on my favourite hockey team ... Go Canucks Go!!!

Last week I had my 4 month shots and doctors appointment. My shots hurt a lot more than my 2 month shots and we had to wait around longer than normal to make sure I calmed down before I was allowed to go home. Needless to say I slept pretty much the rest of the day. The doctors appointment went very well. I weighed in at 14 pounds and 11 ounzes which is in the 80-90 percentile and I was in the 80 percentile for my length. Dr. Scott almost fell out of his chair when he found out how much I was sleeping at night already and he said anytime I wanted to I can start having some cereal once a day or so, but I think I'll wait for a bit longer .... my bottle is still doing the trick :o)

I can finally fit into my ExerSaucer that I got for Christmas and love playing with all the toys that it has on it. One of my favourite toys is my little puppy that I got from dad. He comes everywhere with me and gives me someone to talk to when I'm in the car or just hanging around the house.

Well I guess I should summarize my first 3 months for everyone so they know what I've been up to ......

Well now that I think of it I didn't do awhole lot other than sleep, eat and just kinda hang around. I've been sleeping 10 to 12 hours a night straight since I was about 2 months old and correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe that is my mom's only saving grace!! I've already been quite the little travelling baby especially going to Lynden WA every other weekend to see dad, grandma and grandpa Tolsma and all my uncles, aunts and cousins. I don't really have any big stories from those first few months that aren't the same as all other babies my age but I know I will have tons in the days ahead.

My First Day

This is a picutre of me when I was about 6 hours old. I had to spend a couple hours in the nursery but after that I was allowed to stay in the hospital room with my mom. We had tons of visitors that night and I got to meet some of my new family and friends. I knew my mom was tired from our big day so I let her rest while I slept for 12 hours straight that night. Boy was she happy with me!!
